KAIROS Blanket Exercise with Connor Sarazin

Connor Sarazin is the Partnership and Communications Coordinator, KAIROS Blanket Exercise with KAIROS Canada. Connor lives in Ontario, is First Nations and an artist. The Unpacked team chats with Connor about the KAIROS Blanket Exercise and how the 2-3 hour workshop engages participants to use blankets representing land and explores the historic and contemporary relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in the land we now know as Canada. Connor shares his life and stories from growing up as First Nations and his passion for art.

Unpacked is a podcast exploring life as messy people. It’s conversations with counsellors, leaders, storytellers discussing the experiences of being human. We talk about the strength that comes from big messy failures and vulnerable moments so we can learn to live more authentically. Subscribe and leave us a review!
