This week on Unpacked we are chatting with guest Elena Boston,  Owner of Elena Boston Creative Co Shop and Workshops. We chat with Elena on her life of growing up in Cyprus, her travels to England for her degree and where she met her husband and how the wound up in Canada raising 3 beautiful boys. She is a mama, autism advocate, plant lover and mental health advocate. Elena shares her heartbreaking story of grief and loss of their sweet son Archie. We chat with Elena on grief, ptsd, depression and the way she has and continues to navigate the love and the  loss in an authentic and compassion way. Elena shares supports available, what to say to a grieving parent and what she has learned in grief.
