Maureen returns with the Unpacked team to chat about navigating repairing relationships in the pandemic. We chat with Maureen about the stress and tension causing relational breakdown of all kinds due to the pandemic. We talk about how the pandemic has affected relationships, grief and trauma people are experiencing. Maureen shares the two things needed to mine for the truth: hope and connection. We talk about the how to have conversations that lead to repairing relationships. Maureen shares her observations of the challenges her clients are facing, how to have difficult conversations while still maintaining a relationship and  tips to stop the criticize and defend cycle.
